"We had a major company round to give us an estimate for our windows and front door. The usual salesman came round, measured up and spent an awfully long time trying to sell their product using all of the usual tricks i.e. they gave a ridiculous estimate £18,000 and proceeded to phone their manager who agreed to knock off about £4000 from the original quote which still left a ridiculous £14,000. They came and installed the windows to a high standard, there was hardly any disturbance to the interior decoration. The window surrounds seem to be good quality and are attractive.
